Do you feel like you need to take a few days to slow down and reconnect with yourself? We understand! You’re so lucky to have stumbled across our retreat because it is like no other you could ever experience! We have everything you need to unwind, restore and relax at our new woodsy yoga retreat center in Mora MN. Enjoy daily yoga & meditation in front of the cozy stone fireplace to rejuvenate yourself. Immerse yourself in nature with hikes through the woods or along the shores of the Knife River. Take a ride on the monorail that circles the property or use one of our fat tire bikes to explore some trails in the snow. This retreat will refresh your body, mind, and spirit leaving you feeling restored and renewed!  Our Yoga Retreat Center is a Magical Place in the wintertime and the ideal location to hide-away for some much-needed self-care. During the course of our country yoga retreat, our instructors will warm you up with daily yoga classes that encourage you to connect with your breath, strengthen your body, and ultimately calm your mind. In addition, you can take part in 3 levels of guided meditation, embrace your artistic side with a painting class or learn some new recipes from our cooking demonstrations. Off the mat, there is plenty of time to relax, get outside, journal, sit at the inside heated beach room, use the hot tub, or spoil yourself with massage treatments, foot baths, reiki or even a nap. We have cell phone service and WiFi, however, during your stay, we ask that you refrain from using electronic devices unless it is for reading, journaling or at designated times. You will experience opportunities throughout the day of complete silence.              This truly is a retreat like you’ve never experienced before.
